We are in trying times with many of us feeling overwhelmed with worry about the election. Michelle McGrath, clinical social worker with Seabury Care Management reviewed how our thoughts, emotions and feelings are impacted by stressful events and ways to cope. We discussed how relationships and community can help and ways to have political discussions that keep us engaged.
